Ran the merger of Pitron Systems Ltd and Sapweb Ltd with Taldor with the aim to build a dedicated SAP division.  (Pitron was the company Azi owned before it was acquired by Taldor.)   He was responsible for financial administration, operations, debt collection, and general management.

·  Divisional operational profits rose from 0 NIS to 2.75 million NIS

· Running the divisional finances, through growth from turnover of 9M to 40M NIS ($10M USD)

·  Grew the staff numbers from 30 people to 120

·  Responsible also for expense authorisation (salaries, subcontractors etc)

·  Monitoring Budgets and timescales for Projects (the biggest was 14M NIS)

·  SAP projects: Preparation of Costing for proposals, writing proposals, negotiating price and contracts.  Partner in big SAP projects competing against other leading companies in the Israeli marketplace such as Phoenix, Visonic

·  In charge of contracts with customers, sub-contractors, employees and suppliers 

06/1986 – 07/2004: Pitron Systems Ltd – Co-Owner and Director and Founder of the company until it’s sale to Taldor
