David Drutman BCOM LLB MBA is an Israeli advocate & notary as well as a South African Attorney.  He has over 30 years experience in a broad spectrum of legal work in both professional and commercial environments.  Before making Aliyah in 1998, he was a senior partner in a well-established Johannesburg law firm.  He also has worked as head office legal advisor to the trust company of South Africa’s largest banking company and has published articles on estate planning, taxation, and other matters.  He was a Contributor to Israeli Section of IMF/World Bank Publication “Doing Business” in 2005.  

He practices in association with Israeli advocates admitted also in England, Wales and the USA. Areas of practice:

• Corporate & Commercial –contracts, litigation, company registration, insolvency.
• Real Estate – purchase & sale, leases, administration.
• Family law: wills & estate planning, probate (deceased estates).
