(2) As a Bank Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, I discovered and mediated under-¬collateralized loans. Additionally I identified three banks collateralizing the same items and committing defraud of a lending institution. I was vital to the subsequent prosecution of the perpetrator.

(3) For the last twelve years I have been self-employed as a Mortgage broker. I was number 32 in the nation in 2005 with over 45 million dollars in loans as published in the August 2005 issue of Broker Magazine.

(4) While serving in the U S Air Force Reserves I was the Operations Officer for FEMA. My position was to act as Liaison between the Military Reserve Forces, FEMA and the Nebraska Civil Defense agencies.

During the year of 1988, I created and sold over 350 businesses for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development.
